3. Fraud Prevention & Undelivered Orders

✅ We use tracking services for all shipments. If the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered, we will not entertain any claims of non-receipt.
✅ Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
✅ If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

7. Shipping Errors
